What we have done
The range of services we provide to Surgery PR is quite diverse. At the outset we
were asked to provide strategic advice and support to help them develop their business.
Our next requirement was to help improve the bookkeeping and management accounting
processes. Throughout we are often called upon to undertake FD roles and special
projects.
How we have helped
Our primary support role is the 'collect & deliver' Bookkeeping Support Service.This
enables the team to have no internal bookkeeping issues and more time to run the
business. Added to this service is our Monthly Management Accounting review which
helps the development of the business. We use Skype conference calling to help stay
in touch.
Benefits
More than any other benefit, our best achievement is the effective part-time FD
support role which helps support the core management team.
